About the Role:
Lulu frequently hires for the following positions:
- Security Personnel – Ensure the safety and security of the store premises.
- Sales Associates – Assist customers, manage product displays, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Cashiers – Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash registers.
- Stock Clerks – Receive, organize, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Store Managers and Supervisors – Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure store targets are met.
- Accountants – Handle financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
- Drivers – Transport goods between stores and warehouses.
- IT Support Staff – Maintain and troubleshoot store technology systems.
You’re Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers by assisting them in finding products, answering queries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of store products, promotions, and special offers to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, managing cash, credit, and debit payments, and maintaining a balanced register.
- Receive, organize, and display merchandise on shelves and in stock areas; ensure stock levels are adequate and assist with inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, ensuring that aisles, shelves, and displays are tidy and attractive.
- Contribute to meeting daily or weekly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Follow store and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and employees.
What You Bring:
- Strong ability to interact with customers and team members in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
