About the Role:
- Customer Service Agent
Assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrivals. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ground Handling Staff
Handle baggage, guide aircraft on the ground, and load/unload cargo. - Security Officer
Monitor airport safety, screen passengers and luggage, and enforce airport security protocols. - Aircraft Cleaner / Cabin Crew Support
Ensure aircraft are cleaned and prepared for the next flight efficiently. - Baggage Handler / Ramp Agent
Lift, sort, and transport passenger luggage; work in fast-paced environments near aircraft. - Maintenance & Technical Crew

You’re Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with airport and airline safety and security regulations at all times.
- Handle passenger inquiries, provide flight information, and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support flight operations and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Operate airport systems and equipment (e.g., scanners, baggage handling tools) as required by your role.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in assigned work areas including lounges, terminals, or ramps.
- Manage luggage, cargo, and other materials safely during loading and unloading procedures.
- Follow shift schedules, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Uphold the image and values of the airport and its partner airlines through excellent customer service.
- Report incidents, irregularities, or operational issues to supervisors promptly and accurately.
What You Bring:
- Ability to interact professionally with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors in a multicultural environment.
- Friendly, helpful, and patient approach to addressing passenger needs and resolving issues.
- Able to read, write, and speak English clearly; additional language skills (especially Arabic) are a plus.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
