About the Role:

As a Loading & Unloading Worker in Italy, your main responsibility is to manually handle goods during the movement of shipments in warehouses, logistics centers, factories, or ports. You will assist in loading items onto trucks, containers, or storage racks and unloading them at their destinations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

You’re Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or storage units safely and efficiently.
  • Handle packages, crates, or pallets manually or with basic equipment like hand trucks or pallet jacks.
  • Sort, stack, and organize items according to delivery schedules or storage plans.
  • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE).
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Cooperate with warehouse staff, forklift operators, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete basic paperwork or use handheld devices to log received or dispatched goods.
  • Work flexibly, including possible early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or shift rotations.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items for extended periods.
  • Awareness of how to handle goods safely and avoid injuries.
  • Careful handling of items and ability to identify damaged or misplaced goods.
